โ“ What is BolloPrint?

BolloPrint is the management system designed for 3D printing workshops. Forget about tracking orders in spreadsheets, digging through folders to find an STL, or wasting time calculating costs by hand: BolloPrint centralizes everything in a single tool accessible from any browser as well as from your phone.

What can you do with BolloPrint?

With BolloPrint you can manage your workshop's entire cycle:

  • Quote before you sell: you prepare the offer, send it to the customer and, when they accept, the order is born on its own.
  • Create and track your orders from the moment the customer requests them until they receive them.
  • Control production with a visual Kanban-style board where each column is a phase of the order (Created, In production, Ready, Shippedโ€ฆ) and you move the cards from one to another.
  • Manage your catalog of designs, materials, and prices. Keep your STL files and photos in one place so you never have to search for them again.
  • Keep your books with a finances module so you can see your income and expenses easily and quickly.
  • Manage your team by inviting collaborators with different access levels.

How is it organized?

Think of BolloPrint as these areas:

Loading diagramโ€ฆ

  • Quotes are the antechamber: the offer you prepare before committing to anything.
  • Orders are the heart of your day-to-day: you'll see every customer request here.
  • Marketplaces (like Etsy) bring what you sell in your online store into Orders on their own.
  • Production is the board where you move each order through its phases, from when it's created until it's shipped.
  • The catalog is your knowledge base: what you print, with which materials, and at what price.
  • The printers show you what each machine is doing and what it has printed.
  • Finances brings together your income and expenses.

Who is this manual for?

This manual is aimed at both workshop staff (those who prepare and ship orders) and administrators (those who configure the system, invite new users, and manage the subscription). Each section clearly indicates which roles have access to each function.

If you're new to the team and someone sent you an invitation link, start with Your first login. If you already have access, jump straight to the section you need.
