The Hobby plan is free forever and needs no card: you can start there and stay as long as you like. Paid plans include a 30-day trial with a card at sign-up — nothing is charged until the trial ends and you can cancel any time.
You are charged on the cadence you choose, monthly or annual. You will receive an automatic invoice and can manage it from your dashboard.
Yes. With annual billing you pay the equivalent of eleven months - one month free compared to monthly payment.
Yes, no lock-in. You can cancel from your account dashboard and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Nothing is deleted. When you cancel, your workshop moves to the free plan: your orders, designs and files stay, and you can subscribe again whenever you like. Only the free plan's limits apply — above its storage you won't be able to upload new files, but the ones you already have stay put.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade from your workshop dashboard whenever you need to.
