📅 Day to day

This section covers the workshop's day-to-day tasks: from viewing the overall status on the Dashboard to managing orders, customers, production, and inventory.

The recent activity in the sidebar

At the bottom of the left-hand menu there's a collapsed panel called Recent activity. Click its title to open it (it stays the way you leave it). It shows the latest things BolloPrint has done in the background for your workshop, whether you or any colleague triggered them: creating, editing or deleting orders, quotes, customers, designs, pieces, products and variants; expenses and suppliers; the inventory (manufacturers, filaments, resins and consumables); settings changes and invoice analysis with AI.

For each task you see what it is, who did it and how it's going: Pending, Running, Completed or Failed. It refreshes on its own, without reloading the page. It only shows the five most recent from the last hour; if nothing has happened, it says No recent tasks.

  • Click a task to open Task Details: when it started and finished, Performed by, the Execution logs and, in case support asks you for them, the Technical data (JSON). If it failed, the reason is there.
  • View full history (the list icon, to the right of the panel title) opens Task History: every task in the workshop, ten at a time, with a search box by task type and a status filter (All statuses, Queued, Running, Completed, Failed). From there you can also open the detail of any of them.

All roles can see the activity and the history. Don't confuse it with the Recent activity block on the Dashboard, which shows the latest orders, not tasks.
